BEE SECURE is a joint initiative of the Ministry of the Economy, the Ministry of Family Affairs, Integration and the Greater Region and the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth run by the National Youth Administration (SNJ = Service National de la Jeunesse), the KannerJugendTelefon (KJT) and the economic interest group Security made in Lëtzebuerg (SMILE g.i.e.).
BEE SECURE brings together the initiatives of these partners in the area of awareness raising of the risks associated with the use of information technologies.
BEE SECURE, through its Helpline and Stopline, also manages the contact point for the general public facing an Internet offence.
BEE SECURE is aimed at the general public via the portal www.bee-secure.lu, through its publications as well as part of high profile events.
BEE SECURE is supported by the European Commission and cooperates as Safer Internet Center in the international Insafe and Inhope networks.
